It's five star only in the signage... No standard operations... Management is very rude behaviour to all staff's... 12hours duty with strict timings... No value for RM, GM, OM and HODs all department is operations is difficult because of management involment in a silly operations matters... I am working in HOSPITALITY FOOD AND BEVERAGE SERVICES DEPARTMENT of saj earth resort hotel OPP COCHIN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT KERALA and I myself I took responsibility for break first lunch and dinner most of the time I did break first AND lunch

It is a very good property, Good teem work and also training, job security and career growth increase salary every year, work environment and work life balance almost it is a very good property.

Dislikes

I am working there swimming pool attendant also life guards but I am disliked only one things there is a very big swimming pool and very low salary and they have provide only on Deuty time food , off Deuty time no food.
