Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Unfortunately I got only one year to work with this stupendous organisation and such a proficient and skilled staff. If it won't be a matter of my marriage I would have never left the school. I am still waiting for the right time and perfect opportunity to be the part of S.H.A. once again. I learn there,to let the pupil construct knowledge on their own.

I have learned so many new skills and ways of teaching effectively in the classroom. Its a totally child centered institute where pupil got great opportunity to learn.

Dislikes

There wasn't anything more to dislike but yeah being an employ we always expect increment.
