Bad work environment, I haven't received any salary from September 2019. It was too much worthless time of my life, which I had spent with Saisun. Management is also on low level.

It was worked with Tata tele service LTD. And their culture, environment was nice.

Dislikes

No compensation. There was no on job training for fresher. And the most painful is that the vendor suddenly terminated the folks.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
