salary get after 3-4 months no hike no appreciation manager keep yelling cant take leave u cant ask to go home, if your shift gets over, manager asks what work u did whole day, sit till Ur manager leaves even if it is 10PM even Sunday u hv to work go on site when thy tell u

Poor Management ,HOD's , No work culture, Sal not on time, PF/ESIC pending , No bonus, No appraisal,No career , A/c's dept no work ethics they do only timepass even they dont know main part of TDS Tax F16 etc.

No working culture, No career growth, Limited things to learn, No Salary on timing, No responsible management even during lock down they leave the hands of our employees totally which is very bad as a company.

I had worst experience in saisanket salary not on time management and acount department are very bad ☹️ and there is lots of politics and managers doesn't adress your skills and your work issues..and career growth is very slow.
