This company has nice work culture and allow employees to work freely, also there is good support from seniors and employees are motivated and appreciated for their efforts. Lot of employee friendly policies and initiatives from HR department.

Process adherence and implementation is weak, could reduce redundant work if core processes could be initiated and followed.
