It's good firm and has good job security.

Dislikes

... firm but growth is very slow and culture changes as and when new MD appointed.. Salary is on the low side and but other benefits are good. Learning and skill development is less..

It is a nice company. I am really enjoying my job. The working situation is excellent. All of us give respect to my work. Good and safe condition. It is a good ferm to improve our knowledge and start our career.

Other Department employees are kind and supportive

Dislikes

I worked on a contract period of time. The contract had total of 1 year but i was not able to complete it because of the work environment i experienced there. They forced us to work in extra time and there is no advantage for that. Work-Life balance are really poor we could not concentrate oru personal life because of this.
