Good work environment and culture Teammates are supportive and management is transparent there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcadefor chilling. Company policies are good appraisal are fair .

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issuees salary is decent but career growth is slow.

I was a contractual employee in saint gobain.I worked as a technical associate for almost 2 years in saint-gobain.From these 2 years it was a wonderful year for me and my career also.Still now i wanna be a part of Saint-Gobain.

...d be a permanent employee in Saint-Gobain.There was no rule in Saint-Gobain R&D.He also lied in salary package.Saint Gobain is a wonderful company if you are a permanent employee.

...e he speaks if the sales target couldn't achieved is the worst and very abusive. And after everything the concerned Sales Person's salary also gets on hold for the particular month as well. The language and culture comes downstream in the hierarchy in a company that everyone believes. But if the National Head of Sales is this type of person, how the others can sustain.

Salary is less and can vary a lot at same level. intention is to hire a p person at a lower salary and lower grade and then push him for that first minor promotion for at least 3 years. salary correction is a joke. growth prospects are less, career progression is slow. HR policies are person dependant and can be manipulated easily. No clear career progression eve n for so called identified high performers and high potencials...
