I was a contractual employee in saint gobain.I worked as a technical associate for almost 2 years in saint-gobain.From these 2 years it was a wonderful year for me and my career also.Still now i wanna be a part of Saint-Gobain.

Dislikes

The only thing is UDS (updater services) is a third party contractor in saint gobain.The Hr from this contractor lied a lots of things while in my interview process.He told me that after 2 years i would be a permanent employee in Saint-Gobain.There was no rule in Saint-Gobain R&D.He also lied in salary package.Saint Gobain is a wonderful company if you are a permanent employee.

Specifically I'm speaking about the WEBER business. The management system totally based on the decision of National Sales Head of WEBER Mr. Kapil. And the language he speaks if the sales target couldn't achieved is the worst and very abusive. And after everything the concerned Sales Person's salary also gets on hold for the particular month as well.
