...e he speaks if the sales target couldn't achieved is the worst and very abusive. And after everything the concerned Sales Person's salary also gets on hold for the particular month as well. The language and culture comes downstream in the hierarchy in a company that everyone believes. But if the National Head of Sales is this type of person, how the others can sustain.

Approach towards process & acquire help from any level of people is easily feasible. Health & Safety for people is very good, no compromise for safety as well as quality. Good working culture. Very vast opportunity for people development. Flexible timings for shift people makes good work life balance.
I was a contractual employee in saint gobain.I worked as a technical associate for almost 2 years in saint-gobain.From these 2 years it was a wonderful year for me and my career also.Still now i wanna be a part of Saint-Gobain.
...d be a permanent employee in Saint-Gobain.There was no rule in Saint-Gobain R&D.He also lied in salary package.Saint Gobain is a wonderful company if you are a permanent employee.
...t. Other people like operating, product and marketing have no specific pressure. Chill life and base salary is same as sales person. Incentives are good.

2. Base salary is really, need to achieve all target to get incentives which is decent enough.
...any, it's sakes based company. For name sake they have ISO & IATF certification. Worst culture in the company, you wilp get only 5% increments yearly, you will have to pay back your increment while leaving the company. Attrition rate is 50% always, hardly any people stays here.
