1. Bond - There is bond when you join a fresher for 2 years , in a few cases even for experienced . for freshers there is no increment in those 2 years then the increment given is below industry standard Even when you go to france there is 1 year bond and the onsite visit is not longer than a month. If you want your certification sponsored again you have 1 year bond , 2. Sandwich leave policy : This outdated policy is still prevailing in this company . 3. Old Technology (In terms of Software) - A lot of the work done here is on old technology . There is no cloud in most of the teams here and very few teams are working on new tech . If you are in old tech switching to new tech is not easy internally even though you have the skills and certifications .

- Moderate work pressure - Good Work Culture - Good Office Environment - Very supportive team member - Ideas are welcomed and taken seriously During COVID-19 pandemic they have allowed all employee to work from home very sooner than lockdown enforced by government. and also approached to all notice period serving employee to stay with them when news portals were fulled with layoff news from all over the world. eventually, in my case higher management showed a completely opposite approach and won't support me to continue with them.

My teammates and manager is very good, onside few teammates are very efficient. Career growth is average, but the main thing is you have access for almost all tools, so if you have determination to learn you can go with it. I have not complete 1 yr here so I don’t have so much idea about Appraisal. LTA policy is available here Work environment is good.
