1. For Outsource employees no concession in any benefit 2.Any Function & Ocation Of Company They Not Including & Inviting The Outsource Employees. 3. They Are Not Considering For On Roll Outsource Employees Also Spending 4years. 4. For Outsource Employees Food Amount Is Full But SG Employees Company Give 50% Concession. 5. No Holi & Diwali Holiday For Shift Person.

Approach towards process & acquire help from any level of people is easily feasible. Health & Safety for people is very good, no compromise for safety as well as quality. Good working culture. Very vast opportunity for people development. Flexible timings for shift people makes good work life balance.

Dislikes

Salary increment & promotion is little bad. Economic struggling will be merely observed among team members. Remaining all were good.

I was a contractual employee in saint gobain.I worked as a technical associate for almost 2 years in saint-gobain.From these 2 years it was a wonderful year for me and my career also.Still now i wanna be a part of Saint-Gobain.

...d be a permanent employee in Saint-Gobain.There was no rule in Saint-Gobain R&D.He also lied in salary package.Saint Gobain is a wonderful company if you are a permanent employee.

...t. Other people like operating, product and marketing have no specific pressure. Chill life and base salary is same as sales person. Incentives are good.

...outh they speaks in regional language in office. Groupism among Tamil people. 2. Base salary is really, need to achieve all target to get incentives which is decent enough.
