Before COVID company culture is well and good

Dislikes

After COVID lots of deduction Appraisal,Variable pay, Plant head selected few of the people they only getting growth by year to years. This data is showing for records only, rest of the 90% people struggle for work life balance. HR team is worst, Using less manpower compare to actual and always oriented to highest production. Using shop floor employee like labours, Top management is not doing any work. Attending meeting and meeting output points has to close shop floor engineers within next day, (indirectly harassing ). Not listening good ideas what Managers decided that has to exicute, Developed N numbers of papers but content is influenced against actual. Most of work dedicated person left job because of Harassment after doing work also. Last 2 year 85 %of employee left the organisation.
