Saint Gibson was around 300 countries. The company culture is good and organization function (samuha ,aids awareness ,world water day,safety day ) was good.

Dislikes

Why I dislike the company is over stress ,not give the leave for right time ( Sunday)low salary,low abrasil,work life not balanced ( flood time not give minimum one day leave) I am very disappointed.

This is applicable for glass purchase department biased culture. You can survive if u have god father either from same state or your colleagues from previous company

This organization mostly favors employees with lower salaries, but if you get higher pay, you need to keep your boss happy. Now the purchasing department is like a national company. Lately, they are giving preference to people from other states, even if they are not as skilled, over those from the South this applicable only in purchase dept. For example if you donot know basic English to speak to your team and if you are from same state as boss i guess everyone knows state then irrespective of his or her skill you will be TL. In this environment, without a godfather or strong connections, it’s very difficult to survive if you have high salary.

This is very good & golden opportunity is we have did worked & experienced with saint-gobain. Also there is high degree of trust on each other. Moativate to team work . There is a policy i like it 'Grow from within' in that u will grow from to ur levels to upper level.There is Free accomodation from to the comapny. Working environment is is also very good, they did work with enthusiasm. There is 1 things very important is learning, Thay all time more focused on Learnings feo every Teams & managers. I talking about innovation there is always there employee, managers think & working to did only on innovation, development & growth. They balance the life , because this is a 1 type of family u can't miss ur faimily. There is also oncer per year sg Olympic.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, But increment is sllow.The work pressure is very high. I have to work 14 to 16 hours . There is 1 thing is dislike mainly they transfer the 1 department to other department without any lind of reason .Job security is very law. They targeted reduce to manpower. Meetings are also very weird some time.

Target minded company, Especially In planning & customer service department pls don't choose this job, Managers not thinking our family, our health, they need 24 hours working people with company and always provide more pressure to get output.
