6 Day week effects your work life balance , no work from home policy and Lower compensation against industry average is something that will make you think about changing the organization in the long run. If you staying in City and placed in plant the travel can be mine 3 hours on daily basis which would be hectic

Target minded company, Especially In planning & customer service department pls don't choose this job, Managers not thinking our family, our health, they need 24 hours working people with company and always provide more pressure to get output.

... They treat you so bad they mentally harrased you for not completing the target. No salary hikes No promotion.

Good organization specially in terms of work life balance. They provide good starting package as compared to other organizations. Good learning within project.

Very few people get promoted. Appraisal is not as per expectations.

Really a good company to work. I really missed the culture of the company. Everyone here is so polite. I was in sales and i can say that it is the best company to wrok.
