Being an upcoming division there are few shortcomings with which we have to work but that itself teaches us to push upto our limits. Career growth and progress is a little slow compared to other organizations but it gives a good work-life balance which is not really the case in other organizations.

If you staying in City and placed in plant the travel can be mine 3 hours on daily basis which would be hectic
