Company's Top management is down to earth, They all give respect to employees. Over all its growing company , everyone's opinion is important for them .

Dislikes

They believe more than consultants rather than self vision and goal , Usually good people do that while others taking advantage of it. Consultants penetration in the company just like owners. There is no hierarchy followed by junior employees, how to talk within the department & seniors in front of owners.
