Likes

Team mates were good, because were from same batch. So mutual understanding between us.

Dislikes

Senior faculties are so non cooperative. They just order, never listen to any ideas and suggestions. No division of labor, no equality between for colleagues. Treatment with junior faculties is like students. Dominant and so political environment.
