It's more like a school, HR Manager is the Principal, Because every one has to listen what ever he claims because even the management will accept what ever action HR manager claims. Very poor assessment, Mostly reference(Committed recommendation) works here. Politics and back stabbing is the best tools for few employees who are being guided by the HR manager. No Value for the Experienced professionals. HR Manager Blabbers rules which ever he feels because, there is no proper alignment in the process. Non In the company know about the Hierarchy cycle, and experience levels to achieve them. "HR Manager decides the designations to the employees."
