...ning (apprentice) at Sail Isp Burnpur. My experience was a good place to work . Good work culture,collaborative work environment, good carrier progression,good medical benefits,good salary and come provided accomodation.

It is my personal experience that the culture of buttering to the bosses to be minimized, as where I am working in the department where my involvement are was very large. I am unable to give 100% for the company. It if private organization, I am sure that I can achieve the goal.

Presently this plant was modernized. Production huge amount of sellable coil wires of different sizes , it looks very good how it was automatically wind nd to the stack. Produced sellable Bar of different sizes nd also in the Universal Structural Mill it produced Heavy Beams, Z-pilling was not started presently which was used in Dam lock gate purpose. Various By-produceds like Tar, Amonium Sulphate, Benzol, Naptha (Raw), Dokomite used in Cement Industry. Liquid oxygen, Nitrogen, nd Argon gas was produced for running the plant continuously nd excess gas was sell in the market through M-Junction.

I am trying to serve myself to the level best. But due to the pressure of my immediate boss, I am unable to give 100% for the company. If it private organization, I am sure that I can achieve the goal.

It is a green field steel plant with latest power Distribution equipment.Scope for learning different skills and growth in career is good.

Dislikes

It is a new plant with latest technology.But the manpower at the shop floor,both junior executives and nonexecutives,is new.As such problems persist for few more years.
