...lway business services. However, both are same. Salaries are never paid on time. They'll deny to pay salary of the month when you leave. They will deduct more than 50% of salary for first 3 months in the name of security deposit and will not pay you back if you leave them before 2 years. Even after working for more than 2 years, they will delay the repayment of deposit by another 1 year. No perks, No bonus or incentives for extra activities and files completed No overtime pay. But management will force you to do overtime everyday. You will be forced to work even on public/bank holidays and on Saturdays and sundays with no extra leave benefits or overtime pay. They will force you to sign bond for 2 years and then they'll treat you as a slave.

Worst experience and they are cruel and only think about their benefits. There's was unusual deduction which is not mentioned in salary slip. Dramatic people.

Work envirment is very bad and company do not give salary on time. They abuse girls and also not respect us. Director of the company does not have any knowledge and keeps on pointing out mistakes of everyone but himself knows zero. Staff is disappointed and company is very bad if you want to go on long term base and career aspect. Boss does not get into company matters and only important thing for them is money. They dont care about their employees.

One of the worst place to work, No professionalism, No humanity, Superiors are illiterate and no growth no future and appraisal is like a fish market.

No Professionalism and No humanity. i have put down my papers during the covid time as i got good opportunity and they straightaway stop paying me salary. I had to face a very tough time when i didn't received my salary for straight 1.5 months and later they charge me with 2months salary as a penalty for not informing them on time. They have made me sign the bond for 2 years and I have put down my paper in the last month (23rd) of the bond, but later I found it that the have intentionally kept the bond ending period as 1 year additional (3 years) which was a nightmare for me, and It was a covid time and i couldn't think straight due to the lockdown. I had no other option rather than to accept the that breach the bond. I have begged them to allow me some time to pay the penalty amount but they keep sending me warning messages via email, whatsapp and direct message that they will challenge me in court. They harrased me mentally and financially and it took a long time for me to overcome from it.

Company doesn't pay salary on time. They pay between 10-15. Company doesn't submit PF in PF office. No assurance of job guarantees. They can fire any employee anytime if anybody will give negative feedback. Even if employees work hard they don't have any respect. No leaves are given even if employees are sick. Employee turnover rate is very high approx 75% per year. Total employees are around 39. Seniors speaks abusive language as well as company owners in front of everybody. Owners doesn't give increments. There is no safety for girls as owners and seniors have no respect for girls. My advice is if employees are sincere about their career please do not go in this company. In short company is treating employees like cheap labour.
