Horrible work culture. Trying to pass the blame onto others all the time, overworked staff and rmos. Unprofessional admins. Patient care based on their economic status.

When i joined there were some good seniors. But they got fed up n left.

...o workers were horrible. Would make newbies do all the work. HR head was uselss. They cut doctors salary in the pandemic. No beds for us when we got infected. No transport assist during lock down.

...y ask you to do evening also ,so you have to work from morning 7am to night 9pm Salary they offer is good but many times they will cut good amount They are keeping pf in there account and will not give back to you unless you work for 1.5 yrs there..if you resign before they will take all the pf and also you have to pay a huge amount to get your certificates back ..that include all your sslc ,12 th, nursing certificates everything.. And many other negatives are there i cant write everything in detail ..so please think wisely before going there

Being a multi-speciality hospital and it is well connected,it is near to the station exactly opposite to the railway station.

Dislikes

Job security,work culture, increment, package which they offer is not good according to the job role,no work life balance,rotational shift timings which takes heavy toll one's health.

Horrible doctors specially Dr parvez Sheikh very rude behaviour with staff usko dctr ki degree kaisi mil gyi pata nhi sirf paisa lutta h ek nbr ka laalchi h .
