Good place to see how a big corporate hospital functions in India. Good number of cases, lots to learn from and observe. Salary on time.

Dislikes

Horrible work culture. Trying to pass the blame onto others all the time, overworked staff and rmos. Unprofessional admins. Patient care based on their economic status.

Being a multi-speciality hospital and it is well connected,it is near to the station exactly opposite to the railway station.

Job security,work culture, increment, package which they offer is not good according to the job role,no work life balance,rotational shift timings which takes heavy toll one's health.

Bringing people from India telling they will take work permit. making them work for 7 to 8 months n if not needed telling them to go back . if really performance is an issue what is the issue should be told n given time to improve. Just telling on face of a doctor 3 days prior to expiry of special pass which is taken to go back n telling work permit is an issue. Idiotic Fellows n management. will not advice any doctor or anyone from India to come n work here . we leave our family n resign our previous job n come here . N these people do like this . performance assessment should be done in a proper way . plus sad to say but there is a lot of community feeling in this hospital. kindly advice not to take the opportunity of working here .
