Being a multi-speciality hospital and it is well connected,it is near to the station exactly opposite to the railway station.

Dislikes

Job security,work culture, increment, package which they offer is not good according to the job role,no work life balance,rotational shift timings which takes heavy toll one's health.

...spital functions in India. Good number of cases, lots to learn from and observe. Salary on time.

Dislikes

Horrible work culture. Trying to pass the blame onto others all the time, overworked staff and rmos. Unprofessional admins. Patient care based on their economic status.

Horrible doctors specially Dr parvez Sheikh very rude behaviour with staff usko dctr ki degree kaisi mil gyi pata nhi sirf paisa lutta h ek nbr ka laalchi h .

3rd party staffs they are not giving salary on time

Salary come in the exact date as mentioned in the policy. It comes every 30/31st of month. Cleanliness of organisations is really good. It hadly takes a few minutes to reach the organisation. The building looks very beautiful and it's like a five star hotel.

Dislikes

Since three years no salary hike only work load is increased due to COVID 19. On the contrary COVID 19 has passed away but still no hike in salary since 2019

When i joined there were some good seniors. But they got fed up n left.

...o workers were horrible. Would make newbies do all the work. HR head was uselss. They cut doctors salary in the pandemic. No beds for us when we got infected. No transport assist during lock down.
