Work Environment is very good .

Dislikes

The yearly salary is divided equally into 12 months and received as in-hand salary. Since the organization operates under a trust, no PF deductions are made. However, due to a lack of savings throughout the career.

...od thing is company provides us free lunch and allowances on extra working day . Even though offices are closed due to Coronavirus , i am getting salary on time which is a great help

Dislikes

People need to understand that getting their job done by the juniors is more important than keeping an eye on someone (spying on your employee and disturbing them via calls and messages from HR ) . You can point out if and only if somethings wrong

Likes

One can learn a lot about various aspects of cluster redevelopment such as approvals required, services to be provided for tall buildings, efficient space planning, co-ordination with various stakeholders etc.

Dislikes

I felt that no proper communication protocol was implemented, which sometimes led to encourage insubordination.

Likes

The project is v interestingly doing by SBUT (Religious Public charitable trust) . Opportunity to learn new things.It is first cluster development project under 33(9) of DCR in south Mumbai.I love that I am the part of this wonderful project.

Dislikes

The work pressure is v high and there is no security of job.
