Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend major maintenance or breakdown work in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

No one here to guide you. So as a fresher engineer you have a lot of scope to enrich your knowledge because there are no burden, you can act here what you want.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

Worthless management. No system in work policy inside the plant, no hr policy,no employee aprisal policy. Just like laala company.
