Their are employees who are working for 6 - 10 years without a hike, when asked for a hike after working for 2 years the MD said those who want hike can look for job change. No work culture. Employees who are working for many years are only working here due to job comfort they are fine without hike. If you are someone who wants to build a career this is not the company. You can work for a year and change.
