...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

No any support from management in pandemic. Management are not transparent, in covid situation management pay salary from our leaves and bonuse. Management focused only on target. No any care of employees.

Dislikes

Lots of politics in management. They doesn't address our issues. There is no any career growth.

Salary and incentives gives right in time. Hr department is very strong and punctual for employees favour of .sai service station is only automobile delaers who pays high incentives in right time I love to work in Sai Service

Some people's in management who gives favour in work for their well wishers. Otherwise senior management is superb

In Sai service job is secure, and work environment is friendly also company arrange no of training and improve our knowledge.

Dislikes

But in Sai service salary is very less, also number people are doing politics, company arrange no of training but growth of career is slow

Sai service is system driven organization. If u work with sai u can work with any automobile company

Dislikes

Partiality is one thing. Appraisals doesn't happen as per Achievements. It happens as per Favioritism.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions.
