Great Team Work, salary and Incentive is on Time, staff is Supportive.

Dislikes

They Expect Employee to Come on time but there is no Out time as Such, Even Weekly Off is an Issue, The Senior Or The HOD take there Leave on time but if a Ground level Staff ask for Leave, Then the Staff is Asked Various Question, A Basic Annual Increment should Be There on the Basis of Experience, it's Really Hurt as an Employee when you see a Less Experience or New joining Is Offered higher package then what you are getting after Giving years to a Company. There is Favouritism in Terms of Growth.

...ired monthly parameterise targets. Really a excellent SOP set by top management. Timely salary and Incentive distribution is the best employee retention tool has been followed. Hats off to Top Management for this.

Dislikes

Lots of ugly internal politics by few of the managerial level. This is known by everyone outside and very difficult to get good candidates. Tough task to HR and the team is well aware on this but cannot speak loudly due to lots of job retention fear. Lower designation employees work with lots of fear to loose their jobs if they don't listen and play politics as directed by few of the top managers. It's very worst part and need to control it by top management.
