I've been working at Sai Primus lifbiotech pvt ltd for over a year, and I'm extremely disappointed with the company culture, management, and overall work environment. The production floor is understaffed, and employees are overworked, leading to burnout and mistakes. The management seems more concerned with meeting production targets than ensuring employee well-being or product quality. The company's emphasis on profit over people is alarming. As someone who takes pride in their work, it's disheartening to see corners being cut and safety protocols being ignored. Furthermore, opportunities for growth and professional development are scarce. The training programs are inadequate, and feedback from supervisors is often unconstructive. I would not recommend sai Primus lifbiotech pvt ltd to anyone looking for a fulfilling and respectful work environment.

Work security will be. MD will not leave the person from once joined. Appraisal is good. Festival activities, culturals, games, etc., to keep the employees to enjoy and reduce the strees they will conduct. We can learn morethings there

Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
