Nothing, No HR NO Policy, No Increment, No paid Leaves, No insurance, NO PF , All about is Lala company in a month if you will get late 3 times then half salary deductions, Toxic environment, they provide lollypop to their employees like we are looking to switch in noida then everything happens accordingly.
