It's good to be part of an organization where you work, get paid for it and even help in the betterment of the society.

Transparent management and supportive staff.Working environment is also good and teammates are also supportive.

New joinees are taking more salary than the experienced staff in organisation.Site incharges give facilities and bonus to only their near and dears.

Maximum staff is dominating as there are from the same hometown of the manging director of the company.

You can't work here using your own experience as the Incharge won't let you do by your own and just impose his useless mind our you. If you are a Non-Himachali then don't even think about to join this organisation because I did and after observing their I quit and they hold my salary for no good reason. Labour court officer is in their pickets too.

Ya I really like working in Sai Engineering Foundation. It was great experience for me. I like my helpful staff members, and I also like their good environment. There are good opportunities for fresher. If you take good responsibility about your work you will be good positions after some time.

At present time the company growth is very slow after 2017.one another things the top managent is not too good. Be aware from talltale. If company has lot of work then the work pressure is high. I another thing there are progress system in the company. As on my way i was recruited as a Draughtsman I should have done 30+ drawing in the end of months.otherwise you progress will be low if u are not achieve this target continue 3 months you will be rusticate / removed for the company. If there are no work in the company. The progress is always low. That is my major dislike about company. There is no appreciation in company if you do any good work for company.
