Salary depends upon ur previous company salary.. If previous was good ur current salay hike in sai will be less. And if u are low paid earlier than this company will also pay u less

Company policies are very good in terms of on time salary & full job security.. Having 2 weekly off in a week thats the most good thing for every employee..

...no politics at all. All the team membere were friendly. Seniors were supportive. Even During Covid Salary was on time and not a single time salary was hold down or cut down
