Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

If you just want to work hard without no ficilities and your goal is to learn field work and gain experience then you can join this company. Client officers are good and they will help you to learn civil engineering better.

... don't provide leave even on SUNDAY. They just have 9 or 10 day leave in a year. Still they deduct salary even in medical condition. Most of all they got the WORST SALARY SYSTEM, we received single months of salary after waiting and working hard for 3 months or 4 months and even they yet not make payment for my salary of 3 MONTHS when I resigned about 2 months ago and several time requested them to pay my hard earned money. And I must add that they don't have even a single qualified Project Manager who can guide you and who are in charge are most rude you will ever find in any organisation.
