Kudos to Mgmt for helping out of the way during Pandemic times.. It further cements our bond with boss and company.

Over all decent place to work. Being a women brand , all women employees gets lot of respect and care. They give freedom to work and experiment ideas even at the cost of mistakes. Good learning and growth opportunities.

The boss abuses all his employee including girls, there is caractor assassination by the boss. Boss asks employees to work till late mid night and even calls at his place after office hrs for meetings. No work life balance. Dirty office politics which includes the HR and the old employees towards the new joining. Mental harassment by the Boss and HR of the company.

It was my first job here and I can say good work environment and culture. The company has helped employees during the covid situation with new policies in all aspects such as comfort, mental and physical well-being. You get constant support and directions from the seniors and on the other hand space and freedom also to take independent decisions. Lots of opportunities if you are a keen learner and assertive with your work. The company allows growth in various dimensions apart from core job.

There is divide and work policy by the boss. Boss himself abuses to all his employees whether girl or a boy. Boss always judge an employee on his liking not on his/her work. There is no work life balance. Girls are asked to work extra hrs after office till mid -night. There is not mental peace in the company and one can go into deep depression when working in this company. There is no professional growth.
