Standing besudes each team nember and proactive support given by the Boss during extreme situations at work /home. It gives a huge mental security and peace to have a mentor like him. Dislikes

The boss abuses all his employee including girls, there is caractor assassination by the boss. Boss asks employees to work till late mid night and even calls at his place after office hrs for meetings. No work life balance. Dirty office politics which includes the HR and the old employees towards the new joining. Mental harassment by the Boss and HR of the company.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
