Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

The company do not focus on the quality of work rather concentrate on the non technical workforce. The company never provided appraisals to more experienced employees . The company did not focused on the grievances of the employees and have zero growth for positive approach towards upliftment of the workers.

Working with Sahara India Mass Communication was really enrich experience for me because i have to prove my worth and Excalibur to 4 player market with lowest circulation.
