once upon time company good, after Sahara vs Sebi issue so many problems.

the company is good but heavy payment load, after complete the tenure they did not pay maturities and also do not pay salaries properly minimum six months back lack is a there present situation the company is not suitable for employment and account holders

I liked the culture and positivity. When done a mistake they just teach you again and again never loosing patient. No target, they never tell you achieve any target at all until it's December.

Dislikes

When I joined the work life balance was not that good now it has become better. Salary structure is still old. Lack of new recruits is felt. Lack of new projects is felt.

Sahara india is Pariwar. Group work. Work with performance to prove. Your best work & coordination give happiness. With your good work know every worker from bottom to top management.

...n internal family members and relatives only. No value of your work performance. Salary payment not ok as per work responsibility and experience. No hopes of promotion. Office staff salary very less & not received as per time.

Comapny has braod infrastructure and has the largest number in to produce employment in india.

In the benefits and salary point of view i am not setisfied with correct working conditions.but it is true that all is happenning by the supreme court battale wchich is going on between SAHARA GROUP and SEBI.

centerlise working system , due date of salary paid up ( without letigation period ), devlopment and controlling working system cantrol by office head, and work monitoring by all upper head, t a , d a , mobile exp provied by sccsl

no digitial system of work , longer paper work , old working system ,
