Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Though Sahani associates is a small organization, this is the place where I learned so many technical things under Sahani sir. Sahani sir is a gem who is very master in structural engineering. It was my good decision to join Sahani associates at the very early stage of my career.

Dislikes

If you are looking to learn structural engineering under the IIT scholar, don't look after the salary and other benefits.
