I am not left Sahakar Vidya Mandir.but in lockdown period they not give salary.So It's reason I am searching new job for online teaching as well as proper teaching in school after Covid-19.They gives so hard work actually It Is good ,because I like hardwork and I am also hard worker.

Politics is everywhere, They not give salary.Even sunday also they tells to come in school, Leave flexibility is not there.

Well synchronised system. Good career opportunity. Supportive and cooperative management. Policies are fair and provides good perks to deserving candidates.

Dislikes

There is very less to talk about the dislikes. But still some points need to be improve like medical facility to family members. Free Education for ward.

Culture of the school is really Great,lot of activities to develop the students.For Teachers also personal and professional growth is Really Good.

Discipline,standard,ethics,culture,Work life balance,good career growth,lot of learning and can upgrade as person a lot
