They supported me in the following ways: - they cut down half of salary from 5 months. They cancelled all the leave balances and privilege leave balance. they are even supporting by not promoting me in job neither they are giving any increment. this helps me a lot in getting poorer month by month. Even the performance of mine is outstanding but they only consider the references of high position managers for promotion. this helps people like me not to be promoted.

Everything is good. work is good. but one should also know how to please upper manager for their promotion without which they will be terminated.

Bad work environment and culture.unsupportive and the management is worst company policies are very bad and they don't give good salary and bonus

There is alot of politics , manipulation and management doesn't adree our issues and also they neglect us and our calls very irresponsible management

Benifits not provided like Yearly leave with salary weekly leave with salary if you take leave then your salary was deducted and if you work then they count your salary as overtime and not showing on salary slip

I like the work, However the work burden is high and some of the times the instruction may be comes from the other staff in the office and need to complete the task within the same day, if you are doing some priority you will have to close both the work in same day. Job security is law

Job security is low and unable to manage your work and personal life, as there is all saturdays are working and you have to work beyond office time hence no office time is fixed in the organasation.

Work culture and management are very supportive. Work life balance is good for me only.work environment is good and those who are willing to work in rotational shifts can join

One thing I have observed in sahakar is that job satisfaction is low when compared to other .I have 1 year of experience but I enjoyed alot when I'm working in the company. So go ahead with the company
