I have worked here for over a year and appraisal has been cancelled altogether. Moreover, we can not even devote time to ourselves (for personal growth and development) and our family due to the work pressure bestowed on us. Our suggestions to improve the learning of the kids go unheeded. The office politics that goes on is filthy. Teachers and the authorities talk ill of other teachers in front of students due to which the students disrespect and talk back to the teachers. Some teachers discuss the salary of other teachers with the students, which is downright disrespectful. The reimbursement for the transport expenses borne by the teachers from other states often get delayed.
