...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Organization is looking for all employee, if any body gives his 60% his job his safe here, no one will ask what yu are doing. if anybody gives 100% he get reward and recognition from MD desk.

BD is not done by the vertical heads.

If you want to ruin your mental health then welcome to the cars24.... There is no personal life if you are joining cars24.. senior will force you to do other employees job when they will be on week off and you have to work till 8 otherwise TL will not allow you to leave...

Here there are so many things to learn but seniors are not able to supportive, definitely company is good but there staff, there seniors are worst.

There work culture are not good, if i will say this in easy way yelling doesn't help everything.
