Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. 3 monthly incident, flexible timing, 3 monthly Leaves, quarterly bonuses for seniors (but it will be delay 7 or 8 months),

Dislikes

Appraisal delay 3 or 4 months generally, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day, Repeatative work, software requirements not clear that's why again and again rework on same projects, always wait for last minute working, slow career growth, no training, infrastructure, 6 day working and many more.
