My experience at sagitec(pension)was extremely disappointing. The work environment was toxic due to several significant issues: 1. **Management Behavior**: - Managers and team leads treated employees very poorly, often behaving as if they had absolute control over us. - Abusive language was common, which made the workplace hostile and stressful. 2. **Lack of Work-Life Balance**: - There was no respect for personal time or family commitments. - Employees were expected to be available at all times, and asking for leave was frowned upon. 3. **Unprofessional and Discriminatory Conduct**: - Favoritism towards certain female employees based on their appearance was evident. - This created an uncomfortable and unfair working environment. Overall, my experience at sagitec was negative, and I would not recommend it to others.

0% job security . Almost difficult to switch the company cause neither use of front or backend . just dotnet use thats it . Staffs are completely unprofessional . company always cheat with other companies which having same domain so employees always gets into trouble and always fear to loose their job
