Friendly managers and good environment.

Dislikes

No job security at all. You could get laid off at any time. You don't get a chance to prove yourself. Lot of expectations from freshers. Few seniors and team leads do not bother to guide you properly. Advice to team leads - please be patient with the freshers in your team, they need support and proper guidance. They are new to the technology so it's difficult to get used to it quickly.
