...eshers. Here they give training and makes you good in developing process skills. But if you not expect 8 hrs work here you have to extend for 12 hrs and salary is also low if you extend also rotatonal shift only.

I got genuine and beloved friends while working in Sagility and they were really helpful to survive in this company.

They asked us to work even in holidays but they didn't credit the OT amount on time and the salary hike was not good.

As a fresher you will learn about new things Team will be supportive even though you do some errors they won't consider in beginning

Team leads are extremely biased No salary hike If you have one year of experience please quit job you won't get any salary hike

They will make us to work by paying incentives,but no hike in the salary,once you come out of company,other companies will not accept variables

...ecisions and work pressure is more they don't care if u work more than 14hours . They don't provide proper inventory and for seniors they don't increase salary . They will force to resign from the company especially for seniors who will working more than a year
