-Salary structure is not upto industry standard. -Lot of politics on appraisal & promotions. Only closeness with management will give you promotions. -Not following company policy by managers. We can only resign with their approval. They are giving the date for the resignation. Even they are threatening that you release will be not smooth if you are not obeying them. -there are no way to get out from the hell.

...personally not satisfied with this company, force to resign but not resolve yet Patiently Suffering 11 month only basic salary In apperisal I'm not taken any single leave but only for their satisfaction they apply 2unshedule leave without verify, And this everything impact on my production, team or salary , knowledge also ...

If u r doing ur Target then it's good u can earn incentives as well. They give pick up & drop facility, Permanent work from home also.

But basic pay is low. Managers & TL are average. Don't think about the good upraisal or salary increment

... Saturday Sundays are just weekends for namesake. There is no work life balance. 3) and obviously, the pay structure is below average. So if you are employed here, you work tirelessly for day and night, with senior trashing you left and right, and for that, you get something which doesn't even qualify to be called pennies. Good luck to the employees💯

I like the team which I work. There are great learning opportunities. No bucketing takes place,only recognised by work.

Dislikes

High work pressure Biased pay scale. Older employees are paid very low compared to the present pay scale. No profit sharing or bonus given to employees.
