It doesn't have any work culture. Even they don't pay your salary. I have worked for 3 months. They provide a package of 3.8 lpa as a fresher. But haven't paid yet. I have lodged an FIR as well. But they are abscond. The director Sanjay Kumar is abscond.

Everything,they just hire people and cheat them without giving salary after joining.I am the one who got affected by this company.If anyone is thinking to join in this company,don't even think about this fraud company

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
