Everything is celebrated here with whole hearts, whether its an employee birthday or any other special occasions. Here seniors are incredibly helpful and supportive, and juniors have a lot of regards and respect for them

The Company is very Supportive, caring, helpful for the Encouragement of New Youth and Giving Opportunity to everyone as per their desires Skills and academics specialization. This company is so humble for understanding the needs of The Customers and It's Development career for its Employees in terms of remuneration or job satisfaction. The Company Founder Mr. Rajat Gupta and Executive Director Mr. Lakhan Kumar is very innovative in giving ample of Time in learning best of Knowledge before making any conclusion in work responsibility for The Successfully Achievement of Work Goals. This is 1st Time in my past 12 years of work industry were Head of Staff gives time in understanding the needs and requirements of industry through open Dialogue with employees.

The Privileged leaves are 12 in year only so we request the management for increasing its in Q for discussion awaiting for HR department to do approval at the earliest.

Everything, it's a living hell Do not work here senior's don't have a little bit of respect towards new joiners. They just want there target completed which are unfeasible and unreachable at same time, do not waste your time or energy look for better opportunity. Good luck
