I have been working here from 5 years, this is my first company and m really satisfied by the work and support. They have given me the opportunity to work remotely when i needed it the most. Excellent in work life balance. Could be improved in compensation as after sometime u feel , its not meeting market standards. Overall experience is good

The junior employees would be very cooperative and hard working which would let to the execution of projects.

Dislikes

Management attitude towards employees is very poor. Directors would treat employees badly and would not let them speak. MD would be challenging employees randomly on his personal choice sports. All in all, I would say to avoid.

Worked for GS as a client,no work life balance no overtime and biased management at both the levels.

Dislikes

Dnt join GS through saggezza,they will treat you as contract employee with poor work life balance and management at saggezza is dumb enough.

Management is good and care about employees but they mostly outsource people and opportunities fully depend on the allocated project

Saggezza managers is really good but as people are outsourced the reporting manager might be different with different vission.

I’m obliged about saggezza that none of my friend or I never heard about Laying off the employee. This too shall pass. We shall keep every brother’s and sister’s of this country in our prayers.

About extra benifts definitely I’ll say about it. They should keep there emploees happy and love them back the way they work harder and try to make the company proud by giving there 110%
